Cheapest Lumia 550 in Australia, just $149, sadly my local store was sold out, was going to grab one for my ol' man for Christmas. He has an Android phone and it is a heap of shit and is the only family member left on Android, we aren't big on apps so Windows phones are tolerable, hahaha!

The dude at Harvey Norman said the 550 was an end of life product, I thought that was pretty weird because the 640 is still on sale and is ~6 months older.
I had a 640 and it was okay but the shit camera let it down a bit, it got stolen so I bought a Spanish 640XL which oddly has no 4G and the screen is looking pretty bad after a year and a bit, pretty yellow towards the edges but has otherwise been good.

He said end of life, he did however say it was the same for the 640 but I got mine cheaper outright through Optus when they were released than Harvey Norman are selling them for now.

The salesman also said HN sell the most MS products in the world, he said he was surprised but I'd say it's BS. I lump Harvey Norman salespeople and snake oil salespeople in the same basket, God some of them spin some shit!
