Answering Machine Apps For Phones, Know Any Good ones?

I had never really thought of having one until I bought a Japanese Docomo phone and it had an answering machine function pre installed. It was handy but the pre recorded message was in Japanese which made for some super awesome messages left on my phone.

It is a really handy thing to have as it doesn't use any of your credit and you don't have to use the rubbish systems that speak at one word a minute(to cost you money) from the mobile providers.

So does anyone use an iPhone or Android answering machine app and is it any good?

All the ones I can find for the iphone are prank ones that look and rate very badly.

Google android has a bit more serious and realistic options:

That's a great idea! My voicemail service charges me per minute and every time I get a message they tell me I'm a new customer and have to go through the setup again, set a new pin and check the new pin etc. It drives me nuts and costs me money! I only just turned the voicemail service off the other day after about 2 years of having this trouble.
