Free Microsoft, Adobe, Minitab Inc. and Thomson Reuters software for NSW students.

I used to work for The Board of Studies in NSW in their software department and I often asked why we didn't give it out free to schools and students. Now NSW Government are offering selected software free to NSW Students. it includes operating systems from Microsoft and software from Adobe including Creative Suite 6!

I did something similar, in the UK at the moment, signed up to a free Uni course to get 70 off a magazine subscription. The course was interesting, but didn't bother finishing it, was all online so no real cost for the Uni.

It was 3 years and weekly subscription. Magazine's normally 5 per week, but at student price it's 1.92

294 for Student subscription compared to 765 over the counter each week. Includes delivery!
