Be interested to know the process for your home-made pizza bases, I've found it hard to get healthy ones in supermarkets. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I hope to have time to write up a few longer pieces for the site, however time has been a bit tight as my parents are staying with me for 3 months!!! They're helping with all the DIY around my new house, I've got 3 torn ankle tendons (2 in right & 1 in left) and pretty severe carpal tunnel so a bit useless at a lot of that sort of work at present. Had operations on all 4 limbs, but at present none have got back to 100%. Driving me nuts!

The BBC's Brian Milligan took up the challenge.
Very interesting, some of the meals would be a lot healthier than the food my friends eat, or what we lived on as students!

one way to save on money from cooking is to go vegetarian or even vegan, I'm not either but probably 4 or 5 days a week I eat mainly vegetarian, I do like my milk and cheese, although coconut milk is great and very nice with milo
There's a good vegan recipe website here:
Vegan Recipes- Cooking for Vegans
It is a UK site, but I'm sure you can get most of the ingredients in Australia, my wife didn't become vegan until we were living over here so I haven't had to shop for it in Australia yet.
