1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. All entries are via online Top 40 Countdown Australia | Music Charts | Music Videos | Free Music Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed ineligible. This is a Game of Skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

2. To enter the competition, users will be required to log onto the website, and click through to the "Alicia Key's ticket giveaway' promotional title and tell us in 25 words or less "what is your favourite Alicia Keys song and why?" All answers are required in English. The user will also be asked to register their details for an entry into the competition. Entrants will be required to leave their details including name, date of birth, address, phone number and e-mail address.


3. Entry for the major prize is open to all Australian residents 10 years and over. Employees of MCM Media and their immediate families, associated agencies of MCM Media and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion.

4. The competition commences on Friday 8th November 2013 at 12.00pm (AEST) and all entries must be received before Friday 6th December 2013 12.00pm (AEST).

5. All responses will be read and judged by a judging panel on Friday 6th December 2013 at MCM Media, Level 1, 355 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 at 2.00pm (AEST). The winners will be notified by phone within one working day of the relevant judging date. The winner will be determined on their creativity.

Major prize: 5 x winners in each of the below cities will be awarded a double Gold pass to Alicia's Key in concert valued at $318 each.

Transport to and from the event and any other associated costs are at the expense of the winner

Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.


7. If the Prize Winner is under the age of 18, then an adult over the age of 18 must accompany the Prize Winner as their guest in the participation of the prize.

8. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the major prize or any element thereof.


9. The Prize Winner and their guest are responsible for all other expenses including additional spending money, meals, drinks, additional transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, travel insurance, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. MCM Media and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.

12. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guests may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.

13. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

14. All winning entries become the property of the promoter. All winning entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may potentially use the entrants' names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.

15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition

16. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
